Relax in this waterfront top floor apartment with spectacular views of Seattle, Mt. Rainer, and the water. Sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves breaking as you take in the view from the large balcony, or head inside and relax in the jet tub. Feeling adventurous? This is a great place for kayaks, standup paddle, and boating since the boat launch is only a 2 minute walk away. Next to the boat launch is a nice park with a small sandy beach. Just a ferry ride away from Seattle, book today.

This is the top unit in a triplex where each level is its own apartment. The next door neighbors on either side are close since the homes are waterfront. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom (there is no door to separate the room from the bathroom, but there is a small hallway and a walk-in closet to separate the spaces for some privacy). The second bedroom is close to the second bathroom. There is a small laundry room. The kitchen is a good size and is open to the living room. The workspace/desk area is in-between the kitchen/living area. There is one parking space for your vehicle, but a long-bed pickup truck or longer (such as a trailer) would need to be parked on a side street.

The triplex and neighboring waterfront homes own the private beaches in front of their houses. Houses are close to one another and people enjoy their privacy and personal space, so we ask that you respect this during your stay. Generally we find that guests enjoy staying in the apartment and on the balcony, but there is also a public park with a small beach and public docks just 3 houses down. Great for launching your kayak, standup paddle, boat, or other water toys - or if you just want to relax on the water.

Manchester is a neighborhood within the city of Port Orchard. This small neighborhood is made up of a post office, a hair salon, a public library and Pomeroy park that has a nice small sandy beach, and the public boat launch, all only a short (2-4 minutes) walk from the top floor apartment.

This home is beautiful both inside and out. The views of Seattle and Mt. Rainier are amazing. The master bedroom allows for such a serene view of the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.

Beautiful Place

This is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The location was great to watch the smaller fishing boats pull in and out of the water. The place was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The beds had nice mattresses and decor was very nice. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Gorgeous Views and Lovely Property

My family of 4 (all 18 and up) enjoyed staying at this property immensely. It was clean, well furnished, had everything we needed, and the balcony and view was amazing. It is the best property we have ever stayed at. The host was responsive and easy to contact. We hated to leave when our vacation was over. It is about an hour from Seattle but with the ferry system, you can take a short drive and catch a ferry.

This place is so amazing! Cute little town and area. Not far from the ferry to get to Seattle. Breathtaking views of Seattle and Mount Rainier on a clear day. Luke and Tiffany were great! The back patio was a great place to unwind. Hope to be back here someday!

Perfect!

I’ve rented many vacation homes and this one is definitely in the top TWO. My first time visiting Washington and knew I didn’t want to stay in the city. I feel SO fortunate to have scrolled upon this property. It’s about an hour drive to/from Seattle depending on traffic. I planned accordingly when I needed to go. Picked up a whale watching tour in Port Townsend, which was also about an hour. The ferry system is super convenient to the property, easy, inexpensive, better than driving with better views. I recommend utilizing them. So, back to not wanting to stay in the city, why would I? The view of the city from the deck is INSANE!! Very cool at night! Mt Rainer didn’t want to come out of the clouds but if so, that view would be insane as well! This place by far is the BEST stocked rental ever. Be sure to snoop in all the cupboards and cabinets because nothing has been left out. Definitely check out provided items before you head to grocery store; stores all conveniently located. Summary; CLEAN, perfect layout, spectacular views, A+ customer service, super stocked. Luke and Tiffany provided awesome, fast, and friendly communication prior to arrival and during stay. If I ever travel back to the state, I will absolutely stay again. Awesome!

Loved the deck with outstanding views. We were surprised on day three to return and see Mt Rainer. My brother in law would not sit in the house. He spent every minute on the deck enjoying the views. Beautiful views and relaxing

This is my second time staying at this property. The views are amazing. The master bed is very comfortable but the second bed is a bit hard for me. We stayed 3 nights and did some cooking this time. Bare minimum for spices, salt, pepper and a little olive oil is provided. I would definitely suggest that basic spices like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika etc be available. A very nice keurig coffeemaker with coffee and non dairy creamer and sugar is provided also. We saw seals, bald eagles and heard there were some orcas in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. (The Boat Shed Restaurant in Bremerton is a must)

Such a wonderful stay!

The apartment is great. The view of the water, the Seattle skyline, and Mount Rainier are incredible. The sound of the water lapping on the beach is completely relaxing. The sun comes straight into the main bedroom each morning (black out curtains are there too), and then sitting out on the deck was a dream. The King bed is very comfortable. Cups Cafe and Expresso is right across the parking lot, and they do do very good breakfast and lunch food (recommende the ring of fire!)

Gorgeous views of Puget Sound and Seattle skyline. Didn’t need to leave, we had everything we needed. Incredibly clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Great seating for family movie night and watching the ships from the covered deck. All the amenities and nice touches. Will be back! Truly a gem!

Wonderful Retreat

I almost hate to say how beautiful a place it is, for fear others will crowd me out in the future. The place is actually Manchester (Port Orchard the closest big city). Lovely seaside community with a very small “downtown “. But driving for groceries or dining was relatively quick and easy (about 15-20 min). The apartment was furnished with most everything you could need to eat there while enjoying the million dollar View.
