We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Spruce Creek! I’ve rented many homes over the years and this was one of my favorites! It was the best stocked house I’ve ever stayed in…plenty of plates, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, etc…you didn’t have to worry about constantly washing items so as to not run out. Also, there were plenty of towels, blankets & pillows…and lots of extra toilet paper (I can’t stand staying at houses who provide just a few rolls to last an entire week!). I appreciated the attention to little details - house was stocked with coffee, filters, k-cups too, and even had a coffee grinder! Plenty of supplies for the dishwasher and washer/dryer (which were big & very nice). Pool and lanai were wonderful places to relax (we especially enjoyed the built-in fire table!). When we needed an escape from the heat, the A/C kept the house very cool inside. One of our favorite features was the actual community itself. The security guards at both gates were super friendly and helpful. Most of all, we enjoyed the fly-in airport…it was so cool to be able to sit right there and watch small planes take off and land (and there was even a small restaurant/bar you could enjoy right there). Lots of driveway space to park and the garage was great for parking our four motorcycles. Susan was very helpful and super responsive - she was great to work with both before and during our stay when we had questions. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Clean, spacious, well-stocked. Pool was actually deeper than expected which was a positive surprise. Owner answered immediately to all questions. Would go back again!

Home during a dance comp

It was perfect to come back from a day of dance competitions to a beautiful home. The kitchen allowed us to prepare great food. The pool allowed for some relaxation. The safety and security of the neighborhood was an added bonus.

Florida 2025

This home was in the perfect area to be in. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants etc. The home was plenty big for us and all our guests. Patio and pool area was great for entertaining. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions we had and fixed any problems we had very promptly. Would definitely go back to this area in the future.

Snow Bird Retreat

Great getaway!

The place was exactly as described! The gated community made it feel very safe and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy as she was very responsive. Having beach items for the go made things easy for us with kids! Any issues we had we were able to speak to her directly about. Issues: The Nest AC kept reverting back to set eco temps of 74 in the house.. it was on a learning mode apparently which was annoying because it continued to get hot at night in the house. We did speak to her, and thought we had it adjusted, but it wasn’t worth bugging anyone about so no issue on our end. We love it cold while sleeping, so that’s just a personal preference. Only real hiccup was the info book in the house said the Pool person came on Mondays (so we didn’t stay in the pool this day) when in fact he comes Friday. He came in the middle of our family pool day, and we had to get out for 4 hours and find something else to do. Everything else with the stay was great and we enjoyed the hospitality!

Wonderful Stay

We have a great holiday in a wonderful home. Prior to our stay we had a number of communications with Susan who was great and provided us with a lot of tips for the local area. The property was clean, and had everything that we could have wished for, and met our needs perfectly. The combination of wonderful property owners, an extremely well appointed home made for a delightful stay.

Our 3rd stay in this house

This rental property is perfect all around! So well furnished with all the amenities you need. Plenty of towels, dishes, a new washer and dryer, etc. The pool area is the best with the heated pool and a covered lanai area that can be enjoyed during occasional rain. We went to the beach with provided umbrella and chairs and cooler. Very convenient to have. The owners are very accommodating and responsive to any questions. We have stayed here three times and will return!

Spruce Creek Fly-In Community

Lovely home in a quiet community. We enjoyed watching the planes every Friday night at the “Big Tree” . Great little restaurant at Spruce Creek airport also . Meals at Golf course were nice as well . Several golf courses nearby , and one within gated community. Plenty of room , for entertaining. Pool was heated , at a nice temperature. House is well stocked and comfortable . Our favourite area was by the pool , lots of shade also under covered patio . Owners were helpful and receptive . We rented a golf cart for our month long stay , which we enjoyed and used daily to tour the community . Easy drive from Sanford -Orlando international airport, which is smaller than Orlando airport. Daytona beach was easy 20-25 minute drive . Universal studios about an hour drive . Flagler beach is a beautiful stretch along coastal highway . Publix and all conveniences 5 mins drive away. Spruce Creek Fly-In community is a very friendly and unique community . Most of all we were happy to be able to bring our dog . Thank You for sharing your lovely home .

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed everything about this home and the neighborhood. The owner was fabulous, check in was easy and the home had everything we could want. Enclosed backyard was our favorite spot with warm pool, outside dining, gas grill and fire table.

Beautiful house and pool

House all one level and beautiful. Neighborhood quiet but a little more of a drive to Daytona beach and new Smyrna beach than we thought but Uber drives were 28 to 40 dollars so not too bad but about a half hr drive. But our family really enjoyed our stay especially the pool and gas grill and having all the beach chairs and towels umbrella and cooler

Highly Recommend

This home is exactly as described and better than we imagined! Plenty of room, very well stocked (beach towels, towels, kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal). We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. The ceiling fans on the patio were perfect for those warm morning outside starting your day. The pool and fire pit were great too. My mom and I enjoyed the week with three teenagers with plenty to do even when the weather wasn't cooperative. The hosts were very responsive to texts and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. 100% recommend. The property is beautiful and the staff at the security check-in were very friendly as well.

National Dance Competition

Our granddaughter had dance competition in Daytona and we wanted a place where the entire family could be together. I can’t say enough about this property and the owners. It was like home away from home. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more, including beach chairs and towels. The outside area and pool were so nice and welcoming. Susan was very responsive when we had a question or need. I highly recommend this property.

Blended Family Fun

Immaculate, well appointed, expertly equipped and thoughtfully stocked. Space for everyone with amazing creature comforts. We relaxed, we beached, we pooled, we visited, we grilled, we “Epcot-ted ”….. We BONDED. The home had a great location for our needs. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean and exactly as shown.
