"We had ana amzing stay at the Hyatt. All the facilities were amazing. The staff was efficient, kind and well tRAINED. My only critic would be the very slow service by the pool bar. We will definitely come back"

"Dont book, its been closed for 2 years yet hotels.com are still advertising it. I travelled all the way from marrakesh to find this out and for all my trouble and money i had to pay to sort myself out, hotels.com have so far offered me a £25 gift card, when you would at least expect a full refund, minimum! I also had trouble with my hotel in marrakesh and last minute.com fully refunded me pretty much instantly and had the offer of claiming compensation. I cant believe they are still advertising this guesthouse and taking money for it when i have spoken to them about this. "
