"Took a gamble on this place, because the price seemed a little too good to be true, but I really enjoyed it! I’d definitely stay here again! The room was clean, with a full sized bath/shower. Air conditioner, and tv. Bed was super comfy as well. There’s a coin-op laundry facility, a snack bar at the front desk, and the breakfast was amazing! Scrambled eggs, sausage, grits/oatmeal, grill your own Texas-themed waffles, breads, and various drinks. Lot’s of space for dining as well. Very nice atmosphere, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It’s close to a highway, so you might need your own car, or a rental car to go places - depending on your travel style; but I had no issues having various UberEats deliveries there. I travel full time, and I think this place was an amazing value. I think the price is lower because it’s a bit out of the way - but because it’s right next to the highway, you can get anywhere pretty quick in your own car, or an Uber. Check-in was quick and easy, and the snack-bar fairly priced. I was there in late-fall, but I think this place would be really nice in the spring and summer too! "The place is just as advertised. No gimmicks!The host was very responsive to and questions I had during my stay. The house and the pool were very, very clean. There was plenty of space for everyone with lots of parking space. We definitely enjoyed our holiday together. To add, the guest house came in handy for my parents since they have a hard time with stairs. If need be, I’ll definitely book here again. I’d give it 10if I could. For those in need of a space for a large family or group, this is the place for you."
