"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. "This is my second review for this wonderful hotel I came back again but this time I will only speak about the most kind professional and caring staff I ever met on travels , reception people helped me with an issue that had nothing to do with their job it was a ticket I had from police and I had some problems trying to pay this ticket. They handled this for me using there own personal application, I will never forget these guys ( Nana and her colleague whom name I don’t recall now sorry ) the hotel should be so proud and lucky to have these kind of people working with them . Million Thanks again guys 😊"
