Waterfront - Colorful retreat with an inviting deck and great views of the Dolphin Point canals. One Boat Stall with Lift...well appointed kitchen - 6 burner propane stove w/double oven - granite tile countertops - bar sink.....great for entertaining. New rebuilt dock and new deck with plenty of outdoor seating makes this waterfront home more popular than ever. Security cameras in use at this property.

Due to community restrictions, your party can have no more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 13.
Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

David Norwood 80th Birthday Trip
Thanks to the owner of the house for letting guess stay in there home very nice place loved the peace and quit fishing was great days on the water my dad caught a 27" trout and a 49" red Drum thanks to a few freinds that know the area. All in all what a great memory we will all have.
