"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

"This listing has been changed since I booked it, but it's still inaccurate. It was originally listed as a 2brm 2ba entire home with fully loaded kitchen, linens, etc. It was all a lie! AND as if that wasn't enough, the host tried to make us feel guilty because he messed up the listing & wasn't making much money. "My stay at Cliffhanger was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The property was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and even better than I expected. The views were breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy my time away. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. I especially loved how private and relaxing the property felt—it truly gave that home-away-from-home feeling while still making the stay feel special and luxurious. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Cliffhanger definitely left a lasting impression on me, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable getaway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience! I would absolutely stay at Cliffhanger again. Thank you Terrence for making my stay so wonderful and unforgettable!"

"The Rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent. The space is still shared with other guests, next time we will just take the entire space as it was a little uncomfortable with other guests there in the other rooms. Especially because we had children. The only negative I would give is the pin on expedia was placed wrong so we kept getting incorrect directions from google, so make sure to contact the person that the hosts sends information for in the email for directions. We missed that email at first, so that was our mistake, but once we got the directions we were good. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we originally intended to leave early but after seeing the location changed our minds and enjoyed the accomodations. Very close to the town of Port Morant, basically walking distance and 20 minutes to Mornat Bay. just over an hour to Frenchman's Cove Beach. We will definitely stay again."

"The property is perfectly located next to blue lagoon and the resort is beautiful. It could use some maintenance was a bit dusty, needed some refurbishing. There wasn’t any toiletries as the bookings saiid or the free boat ride so that should be updated. It is hard to get in contact with someone on site when needed. There is someone that pops in from time to time but no number to call. That would be nice to have. TVs don’t connect to wifi or have channels either. All in all it was a nice spot a/c works great, bed is comfy, the view is great, very welcoming and private. I would definitely go back"

"It was a Wonderful week at this facility, my family was comfortable, its freedom, it’s a quiet place/area. It’s close to a lot of places, the stores, beaches etc, the care taker for the house comes by everyday to check on the family ohh, what a blessing. Yes I would recommend others to stay.
