PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over age of 25 and or small family groups.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential unit block which is noise sensitive and all other residents reside permanently.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests registered. We have a CCTV camera at the front and rear door for security purposes only.

PLEASE NOTE: Parties, Functions, Weddings (Wedding related), Graduates and or Schoolies/Teenagers bookings are not accepted.
