The room was large, airy and meticulously clean albeit it dated. The general condition of the property was poor - old besser brick building in need of maintenance. Excellent location and terrific outlook over Boston Bay. Price was good and I would stay there again.

Blue Seas was so convenient and staff were excellent. I locked my key in the room and called the after hours line, it was no bother at all to organise a spare key.

This Motel was a complete surprise the only available Motel for our 3 day stay,really good price and a very good motel ,beds were comfortable, room was on the larger size, shower was fantastic staff were excellent check in was easy and convenient an excellent stay would recommend

An old property but the room was very comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the water, only one street back from the foreshore so a nice easy walk. But not good if you can't climb stairs.

Have stayed here before and found the rooms are always clean and tidy. I especially like it due to coming to Lincoln for doctor's appointments and not having to pay high amounts of money for accommodation. Nice to still get some reasonably budget prices. Thankyou.
