"Surprise d'arriver devant une chambre d'hôtes alors que ma recherche était initialement pour un hôtel avec le confort recherché dans une chambre. Cela qui n'a pas été le cas puisque les toilettes sont près de la porte d entrée qui oblige à retourner proche du salon et la salle de bain est commune. "Gîte très bien, très confortable et propre. La conciergerie n’était pas très flexible. Il faut donner un horaire précis d’arrivée sinon on passe les derniers après les autres arrivants. A peine arrivés il faut donner l’heure de départ pour la fin du séjour et la veille la conciergerie change l’heure …. Ça n’a pas gâché notre séjour. La communication avec la propriétaire était agréable."

"Beautiful hotel if your aim is to just flip flop around, lounge by the pool and soak up the sun and smell the surrounding pine trees. Think little lizards, pine cones and pina coladas. We had an upstairs room which had the most beautiful view. All the rooms face out onto the sea, and you get a beautiful light over the water in the evening. The balcony’s are mostly shaded too which is a good thing, it helps to keep the rooms cool. You can hire bikes (€14 / half day) and cycle across the island to the main town quite easily, around 30 mins and very flat. Breakfast was €25pp which we thought was quite pricey, so we decided to make the most of the little fridge in the room and keep some fruit and small supplies for breakfast instead. The lunch menu is a bit limited, mostly sharing / charcuterie style boards, but enjoyable nonetheless for a light lunch. The restaurant dinner menu was more substantial and very enjoyable, and the cocktail mixologist was superb, very calm, collected and made some excellent cocktails for us. Finally, the ‘beach’ is only really a beach at low tide and the water is extremely shallow when at mid-tide. At high tide the beach completely disappears which may put you off, but we were more than happy with the large spacious and clean pool right next to the beach with the ‘lazy river’ to enjoy too as a bonus, complete with sea air. Overall we loved this stay as a couple for our anniversary, and would definitely recommend it."
