Property was so clean and Tevis was wonderful! The community pool was great, we were the only ones there every night! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. No ocean view but it was about a 2-3 minute drive to the beach!

Beach Dreams

My family had a lovely stay at Tevis and Laura’s place. The area is quiet. The house is very comfortable! If we needed anything we reached out to Tevis, and had a response within seconds. If ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book this lovely home again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I've VRBOd and ABNBd since 2019, and this was the most perfect place.Total hidden gem.CLEAN!Feels like home with hotel level order and cleanliness.Great owner.Steal of a deal, will return, so leave it in good shape for me future renters!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean

Our host was wonderful, our accommodations were lovely and clean. We came to town for a family wedding. The location worked great for us.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We live in LA and had family flying in from Chicago and Denver for the holiday. This was the perfect spot to enjoy time together, walking to the beach for sunsets, having wine by the fire pit or just hanging out in the house. We were comfortable and happy for 4 great nights! And the host couldn’t have been more accommodating!

Amazing Beach Property

I have stayed in other properties, only to be disappointed that the place didn't look like the pictures. This beach villa blew my socks off, the pictures don't do this richly furnished villa justice! First, the host called and actually asked us about sleeping arrangements and what we wanted stocked in the refrigerator. Who does that? Then they had a host of thoughtful snacks and stuff that was the WOW factor. On price versus value-If I could give it 10 stars I would. We were blown away with the luxuriousness, the location, the things to do in Ventura, the amenities. . . You just need to take the leap and see for yourself. We are booking now for next summer! Thanks for a most amazing stay, being our concierge, and just for everything, Tevis!
