Beautiful apartment right on the wharf. Walkable to town, shops and restaurants. Starting provisions - milk, bottled water and treats provided. Lovely decor (not “over done beachy”) and super comfortable king sized bed. Outdoor seating both front and back. An outstanding stay for our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

The property was warm, clean, very well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Access and communication were easy. We had a lovely outlook on to the garden courtyard which was very pretty. There was no view at all of the water but access to the wharf was easy down a short garden path. Some comfy chairs or a couch in the rear sunroom would have been lovely, so we could make the most of the pretty garden view.

Great Apartment and Location

Loved our stay at Edge17. Well set up, spacious apartment - on the wharf, yet still walkable to the beach and the town center. And Port Fairy is wonderful - great restaurants and wonderful people. Highly recommendable.

Beautiful waterfront accommodation. Everything was wonderful ( comfortable bed and chairs and access to sit in the back garden and on the front patio).The owner was very hospitable.
