Our stay was comfortable. The unit was clean. Great value for money. Its easy to get to the main town with a shuttle. The pool is fun to swim in or laze around the poolside.

Lovely roomy apartment. It had everything you would need however the clothes lines were broken and needed replacing. The pool area is lovely and it is very close to the beach but far away from Port Douglas town centre.

First family holiday with a 1.5 year old and this place was perfect. Spacious 2 bedroom unit, everything we needed to cook and keep up with washing. Pool was a hit with the little one as well as the wildlife in the beautiful gardens. Management of resort were great to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Staff were friendly, room excellently clean, comfortable, spacious, cool, well kept, lots of gardens, out -of-town a bit, much more restful than staying somewhere on the main street. Pillows a little flat so do take your own of you can. Otherwise, perfect!

Very comfortable, clean, upstairs apartment with all the amenities in a very central location. Free parking outside and fast wifi. We especially appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer. Could have done with a hand towel for each guest, some kitchen paper towel and a towel in the kitchen

The apartment we stayed in was pretty old and tired (old wobbly kitchen tap, broken dryer, funny small in the bedrooms) but it did have everything we needed and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

First time travelling on my own and the staff here made it feel safe and secure. Front reception welcomed me with kindness and showed me local areas for food and coffee while I was there. I was greeted with lots of information on the area. The apartment was beautifully kept and clean. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again.

If you are downstairs,you hear everything that happens in the unit above you ,even someone on the toilet .Our unit was very tired ,needing a makeover ,oven door didn’t shut ,range hood broken.Not what we expected.

We stayed toward the back end of the property and it was lovely and quiet, great sized 2 bedroom unit overlooking the tennis court and some of the pool. The pool was amazing, large and perfect for my 2 children, 6 and 10. It also had a good sized undercover area where you could sit under to keep an eye on them, otherwise there was a large amount of grassed area with lounges and umbrellas. Even though the units were all full, it definitely didn't seem overcrowded or noisy. Often we had the pool all to ourselves. we had to pay to hire tennis court, and even though it was a very small fee, it would have been good it that was included as part of your stay. It was a great family friendly accommodation and we would return here again. We had a car, so that made it easy to travel the 5-6 minute drive into town for meals or for day trips. So if you plan to stay here without a car, there isn't a lot within waking distance. Overall, we were very happy and had a very enjoyable stay.

In need of refurbishment.

The apartment is in need of some refurbishment. The bathroom door in particular is in urgent need of replacement. There are so many apartments available for holiday makers it is increasingly competitive and attention to detail is important to remain competitive.
