Perfekt til prisen.

Hotellet var pænt og rent og perfekt til et par dages afslapning for vores familie. Den inkluderede morgenmad var både international og lokal mad, og alle i familien syntes om den. Pool området er fint, og der er kun 2 minutters gang til en stor strand med masser af plads. Alt i alt super god værdi for pengene og kan anbefales.

Spacious room and very nice surroundings. Good service but with full house over public holidays, the hotel seems overwhelmed by the crowd especially during check in and breakfast. However notwithstanding, service & foods generally good. Hotel food for short stays of 1-2 nights. Some maintenance work has to be done in the room eg.tap knob missing, water not flowing out properly in shower area. Also hotel not wheelchair friendly nor accessible-no lifts or ramps to breakfast area which is in another block

2日滞在しましたが、シャワーのお湯が最初だけ出て、ほとんどぬるい水の状態でした。 また、ロビーでWi-Fiが繋がったのも少しだけで、苦労しました。 そこだけ改善されたら他は全然文句なしです。

ビーチに近い。家族連れ向き。のんびり。どこへ行くにも車が無いと不便

家族向けのリゾートホテルです。ホテル内にレストラン１か所。朝食付きをお勧めします。ホテル内で過ごすなら最高。施設は充実していますが、外食は不便。レストランの料金はリーズナブルでナシゴレン（２５RM)とミーゴレン（１８RM)。他にポートディクソンまで行くか、バスで５分ほどのナイトマーケットへ行くか？コールタクシーは高いのでスタッフから止めたほうがいいとアドバイスあり。プールサイドは最高。周辺に観光施設はなし。コンドミニアムタイプの部屋でしたが、ホテルライフをゆっくり過ごす人にはお勧めします。フリーウォーターが付きますが、事前に水を購入しておくように。浴槽はありません。クーラーは寒くて夜は消していました。部屋はキレイです。

Check in was smooth. Room was not very clean, hair and dirt around. Sheets stained. Tv remote didn’t work. Pity the upkeep is not good. Location is not bad

Not a Good hotel.

This is a rundown hotel. The bed looks dirty and no proper SOP observed to prevent COVID. Swimming pool was full of ppl without proper distancing and most of them wearing improper attire for swimming.

Not in my next hotel stays.

Amenities - Need improvement Cleanliness - can improve Service - can improve Breakfast - Need improvement(Need More varieties) Better communication between Hotels.com and the hotel (Booked and confirmed King size bed but checked in said no such room. Forced to upgrade and extra payments)

This property is clearly recovering from revenue problems caused by covid. The whole place needs maintenance. Many of the advertised amenities were not available, the movie service on the in room tv flicked on and off during movies. The screen needs to be upgaded for better definition. The food was limited in selection, but OK. The staff was trying hard to please, but some need customer relations training. Lots of young families with kids under 10. Overall, a good place to spend a few days, if your expectations are not too high.

Room is spacious. Nice scenary. Pool is great but the beach is a distance walk.. a public beach. Staffs are friendly. However, crowd control (SOP) during breakfast is poor.

This hotel is good to stay but need to improve on few things especially comes to pandemic. They are short room cleaning employees so they just do what ever they can since guest are going in & out none stop. They don't even sanitizer the rooms but put a note stating "I am sanitized". Few things forgot to top up in the room due to fire fighting not enough staff. Raining couldn't go out but inside all game machines all closed excuse raining. What entertainment do our kids going to have beside only sitting in the room. Really worth since rooms are not sanitized and not even the bedsheets not replaced. This is happening everywhere. Thanks.

My first experience stay near pontoon of boats

The TV was not working and the curtain white drapes was torn (right side) but it seems no one bothered to replaced the torn drapes as I could have been penalised for the matter. Overall my stay is happy and will come back. The breakfast is superb better than your buffet dinner I had. Keep up the good work.
