"Arrived to a spotless apartment. It smelt fresh & was felt light & airy. Everything we needed was included. A lovely touch was having 2 bottles of water left for us. Lovely large double bed, plenty of seating dotted around ( including the balcony). The shower was brilliant, clean & included shower gel. The towels were a good size, and we had a good amount. "We loved this cottage, it is well equipped and very comfortable. We liked the location as we had good views of the mountains and sea from the spacious balcony. The owner left us oranges and lemons and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed! There is also excellent internet connectivity. We would certainly return if we were to stay in Puerto Sóller again."

Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "Lovely hotel in a beautiful resort. 5 mins from the beach. We had a great view of mountains and sea from our balcony. We chose half board option which was really good value. Food mostly very good. Pool was very good and very quiet. Staff all very friendly. Resort is well served by buses so no need to hire a car to get around. "

"Nice hotel. Great location. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice with aircon that works well. The bathrooms are not very modern and maybe could benefit from some renovation. Overall, I’d recommend it and I’d be happy to stay here again."

Fantastic hotel in a quiet location

"Fantastic long weekend trip to Palma to see my niece and we stayed in this lovely hotel. The welcome was friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions we had were always answered. Taxis were requested for us. Table bar service by the pool. Room was spotless and air con very welcome. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"When we first entered the hotel, we were amazed by the breathtaking ocean view, and we were touched again by the kindness of the staff who helped us with check-in. It was quite hot when we visited, but we were grateful to be offered cold towels and refreshing drinks. I still remember the warm smile of the friendly staff member who handed them to us. The Michelin-starred restaurant was outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast was also exceptional. The view, service, food, and cleanliness of the hotel—everything was perfect. It was truly the best hotel and will remain a happy and wonderful memory for a long time. If I get the chance, I would love to go back again"
