  • Location Location Location!! Make yourself at home! Pups welcome!! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront pool home on almost a third of an acre in the popular New York Section of Port Charlotte. Beautiful view with 113 feet of water frontage. Bring your fishing rod and catch some freshwater bass! Just a short drive to the ocean, beautiful golf courses and restaurants.

    ***Heated Pool Available for Additional $25/day***
    We have on security camera facing the door. One facing the front yard, and one facing the pool. These are recording for safety and liability purposes only and only monitored if needed.

    There are NO internal cameras or hidden cameras.
