About this property

House with a heated pool

  • Very nice 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath pool home. Nice open floor plan, ceramic tile throughout, nice light kitchen with a large utility room. The bedrooms are large with good-sized closets, the main bedroom has a half bath that opens out to the pool area. There is a very large covered and enclosed lanai area overlooking the freeform heated pool. Close to all major roadways, shopping, Port Charlotte mall, grocery stores, and much more. Tucked away in a nice waterfront community. The garage will not be accessible.
