A little difficult to figure out where to enter. There isn’t a convenience store upon entry so I forgot something and was out of luck.

We really enjoyed our trip with facilities such as the water park great. Drinks at water park expensive though edpecially when 20% tip automatically added. £40 for three drinks very excessive . Rooms were great although items under the bed from previous occupants still there!!! Would still go back though as lovely place and environment.

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We were supposed to check in at 4:00 p.m., but we had to wait for more than two and a half hours before we were finally given our room. We were repeatedly told that the room was not ready. After being on the road for more than 10 hours traveling to Florida, my children were exhausted, restless, and upset. They had to sit by the pool while we waited, and they became increasingly frustrated because they were so tired. I was also very upset, but there was nothing I could do except continue waiting. What made the experience even worse was that no one offered a sincere apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. This was, without a doubt, the worst check-in experience I have ever had, and it left a very negative impression of your service.
