Barn Loft with sweeping ocean and farm views, near Port Campbell and 12 Apostles

This is very unique, open plan, affordable beachside accommodation. Surrounded by olive trees, the upstairs in this Australian Barn lies an ocean view, dreamy sunsets, air conditioner, heater, TV with netflix, kayo and wifi.
Self contained with brand new kitchen, TV, toilet and hot shower. Distances: world famous 12 Apostles (10mins), Great Ocean Road (2 mins), Port Campbell - fishing, nature walks, walk bridge and surfing (3mins), Timboon ice-cream and cheesery (14 mins), Redwood Forest and multiple waterfalls (40-50mins).
Accomodation consists of one large room, studio-type apartment at the top of a barn with a separate bathroom and small balcony. We have multiple bed set-ups available, but our standard is a double futon and 2 king singles. We can add a comfortable couch if you wish.
We have dogs on the property - so please contact us if you have a pet to bring toddlers are not recommended and young children and non-swimmers must be supervised (tall stairs, unfenced lake, cattle and troughs fenced off but nearby).
Undercover parking for your car with easy capacity to re-charge EV - but bring your own cable. You can store surfing / fishing equipment in the lower portion of the barn.
Camp fires on the farm are ok except in dry summer months.
Fishing: Yabbies, eels and yellow belly fish live in the large lake on the property if you wish to have a fish.
We can supply bed linen but offer a $50 discount if you bring your own. Fridge / freezer, microwave and toastie maker available. Great place for two adults and a child or two if you don't mind sharing one large room.
