Second Wind is a cute home for you and your guests to vacation.. Don't forget your furry best friend! Second Wind is a pet-friendly home that is welcome to small dogs with a $200 non-refundable fee. This affordable home has all the comforts of home! The kitchen has everything you'll need to make your favorite meals. The island/bar offers seating as well as a great space to prep and serve meals. There are Smart TV's in the living room and primary bedroom. You can stream your favorite movies and TV shows, just connect to the Wifi by using the username and password located in the home near the TV. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. Bedroom 1 will have a twin/twin bunk bed and a single bed with a trundle underneath, bedroom 2 will have a king and bedroom 3 will have a full size bed. There will also be a sofa bed to accommodat 2 extra people. It's the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Step outside and sit in the shade or get some sun on the deck. Downstairs is the perfect spot to grill your catch of the days and to gather in the shade with family and friends. When the beach calls, you will have several ways to get to the shoreline. You can walk and cross over to the beach on a walking path. This street doesn't have vehicle or golf cart access, however the adjacent roads on either side, Beaumont and Bowers Lane have vehicle and golf cart access. After a fun filled day on the beach, be sure to rinse away the sandy fun in the outside shower. You will be sure to catch your "Second Wind" after vacationing here!
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
