Seaside Escape is a newly built home in the Roll Over Bay Villa's located in Gilchrist. Remember your Furry Friends, this home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs under 40 pounds each. Just pay the $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. The open-concept living/kitchen area is perfect for gathering, watching TV, and creating family meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find a foosball table, an arcade game, a sleeper sofa, and a TV. Children may need monitoring when using the stairs. Guest bedrooms one and two have king-size beds, a TV, and attached bathrooms with a shower/tub combo. The youngsters will enjoy the designated "bunk" room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. There is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This home has internet to keep you connected and stream your favorite shows and movies. You enter the password information provided in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets sitting on the deck or watch for the many varieties of birds that flock to this area. Downstairs, you will find the covered area shady and great for hanging out with family, or eating something scrumptious cooked on the charcoal grill. In this neighborhood, you have access to the children's playground, a community swimming pool, and a Community Lounge Area. Please follow directions and safety rules in the pool area. (No Life Guards on Duty.) When the sand and waves call out, you are a short vehicle or golf cart ride to the beach. After a day on the beach, rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will have an amazing time at this beauty with all the amenities. You can find your "Seaside Escape" at this home!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
