Pelican Shores! Beach Front! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just steps from the sand. Sleeps 12.

This gorgeous new home has an oversized eat at island overlooking the open and bright living area. Perfect for both families and adults wanting to get away. Both the kitchen and living room have breathtaking views of the ocean and the large front deck is a great place to watch the pelicans fly in and play in the surf.

Bedroom one has a comfy king size bed across from the hall bath. The hall bath is complete with a double sink vanity, tub/shower combo, and stackable washer and dryer. Bedroom two has two queen over queen bunk beds great for kids to adults. Bedroom three has an a king bed with an en-suite walk in shower and private access to the back deck for sunset views over the bay.

Underneath the home, guests will find a large entertaining area complete with a picnic table, bar seating, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and plenty of room to store boogie boards, chairs, toys and more.

All of this just a short walk to the sands of Bolivar Peninsula beach. Come check out the views!

Beautiful sunsets

Such a beautiful property and is equipped with everything you may need for a carefree getaway. The breeze and the sounds from the gulf is so very relaxing. We are definitely looking forward to booking this property in the near future.

Excellent house right on beach

We loved our stay in this house. It was very clean, and the upstairs porch is very breezy. The beach is no more than 20 steps from the back of the house. It's pretty easy to sit on the porch in the shade for a break from the heat and watch others play on the beach. The mosquitos were not too bad for us except in the evening, and under the house. If there is a decent breeze, the mosquitos are not too bad on the porch. If there is a strong breeze, they are not all that bad under the house either. However, after dark, if there is no breeze, you will get absolutely mobbed by mosquitos in the summer. Make sure to plan accordingly. We are likely to book this property again, as it is a great place to stay on the beach.

Family vacation

We had a great time at this property! Stephanie was very helpful and answered all my questions. We loved the spacious deck and how it was right on the beach. The breeze was amazing on the deck, you wouldn’t have known it was 100 degrees outside. The house was clean and cute but our only complaint was the mosquitos. Make sure you bring bug spray!!
