Accessibility and Convenience:
Our home is equipped with an elevator, ensuring that all guests, regardless of mobility, can enjoy every area of the house. Please let us know in advance if you'll need access to the elevator so we can have it ready and powered for your arrival.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones is a breeze at our beach house. We provide a Graco Pack N Play, high chair, and baby bath-seat to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our aim is to lighten your load so you can focus on making memories.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: A luxurious King Bed for a restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Built-In Queen Bunk Beds, perfect for kids or adults alike.
Bedroom 3: A cozy Queen Bed to relax after a day at the beach.
Outdoor Living:
Step outside to our large furnished covered deck complete with a hammock and ample outdoor seating, ideal for lounging or dining al fresco. The new outdoor gas fire pit and seating for 8 invite you to enjoy evenings under the stars. An enclosed privacy outdoor shower and fenced-in yard provide additional convenience and comfort. The downstairs area boasts a gas grill for all your BBQ needs.

Indoor Living:
Inside, you'll find a welcoming open layout with brand new furnishings and 3 flat-screen Smart TVs for your entertainment. The bright and airy atmosphere is perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Our kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring bright counters, a large kitchen with a four-place breakfast bar, and kid-friendly amenities like plastic cups, bowls, and cutlery. It's equipped with a combo Keurig coffee maker (drip and K-cup), blender, Crock-Pot, toaster, and all the basic spices and cooking essentials you'll need. Plus, enjoy our selection of whiskey and wine glasses for those relaxing evenings in.

Linens and Laundry:
We provide 1 bath towel per guest, all linens for beds, kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, and 8 beach towels. Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay.

Extras Provided:
To make your stay hassle-free, we provide essentials like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry pods.

Parking:
There's ample parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles (please note, no RVs allowed).

Important Notes:
Two dogs allowed for a single non-refundable $199 pet fee. Max 60 lbs.

Minimum renting age is 25 years.
Strictly no smoking and absolutely no events or parties to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.
