Well appointed & great beach view

The deck has a fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean. It’s an easy 1 minute walk to the beach even if you aren’t fit. The house had everything necessary. I loved that the towels were wrapped and there were more than enough! We will go back and use Cobb Real Estate again!

House is beautiful and in a great location. Wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it, but not too bad. Owner was super nice.

Quiet Time

House clean, however the extra charges for sheets/towels/insurance we found excessive! Front door hardware needs replacing, along with the toaster. Seems every time we rent from a VRBO house we find new charges are added, so next time we'll look harder at other sites.

Great Experience

Miss Molly beach house

Overall we had a good trip. The house wasn’t as clean as it should have been and when we first got there the smell was very strong and unpleasant. We had to wash the bed spreads and floor mats because they were dirty. The house could use some updates here and there. We loved how close it was to the beach and overall we had a good time. I would probably not rent this specific rental again but would rent from the company again.

The location was great. Very close to a beautiful beach. As soon as you walked in the door something that smells of cat pee hits you in the face. That smell never left. We couldn’t get good sleep because neighbors were playing amplified instruments for 7 hours! Didn’t stop till after midnight! There is no noise ordinance to make the stop! The next night our son couldn’t sleep because of fireworks going off till midnight, loud music blaring from neighbors till midnight, just plain inconsiderate! We left a night early because of it. There are a few restaurants serving pretty much the same food at each of them. This is a great spot if you are wanting a loud party place and you don’t have kids that need sleep. We will never be back.

Clean & great location!

Less than a hundred steps to the beach, with a great view! This property is a premier rental in a great location at crystal beach! The inside is well equipped for your needs with a washer/drier, kitchen supplies, WiFi, and satellite TV. 5 out of 5 stars and two thumbs up! Very clean property. Would rent again.

Great House!!

We loved everything about this house except for the psycho local that lives in front of this house that wanted to creep around and take my family (& 3 small childrens) pictures. Not sure what her deal was.. or if she has a deal with the home owner to keep an eye out. Other than that.. we were happy!

Family Vacation June 2019

We loved Miss Molly’s. We loved the ocean view and the nice open floor plan. The only downfall was trying to do things outside of Crystal Beach. The ferry wait time was over two hours long. We had to change some plans because we did not want to spend 1/2 the day waiting for ferry rides. I would definitely stay at Miss Molly’s again. Thank you for renting to our family!
