Everything was great! The house was so cute and you could see the beach from the deck. The host even left some wine and snacks for us. Definitely recommend and we would book here again!

Enjoyed our stay

The house was very nice and the host had left wine and snacks for us. We had a difficult time with a somewhat complicated code system to get in when we arrived. Giving the host the benefit of the doubt, the system must have been broken. The host was very helpful and gave us the master keys for the rest of the trip:We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday wknd

Everything seemed fine upon arrival, a few pieces of trash in the yard/porch area, but wind blows trash, coat hangers hanging on the fence but that didnt bother anything. Uopn entering, it was really hot inside, ac wouldnt kick on, when we walked to look at the thermostat, there were layers of dust hanging from the intake where the filter was clogged with dust, filthy. Everyone sweated thefirst night. The tv in the kids room wouldnt come in, so they slept in the living room, the washer didnt work which we didnt know about until we checked in, like the ac and tv. The bed pillows smelled of so much freshening spray we slept on pillows from the couch. The floors were dirty, the cabinet tops and refrigerator handles were dirty, also tbere was an open container of bloody mary mix still in the refrigerator from previous guests. We didnt complain or leave, we just made the most of our weekend enjoying another fantastic wknd in Bolivar, as we always do, but thos morning i recieve an email from the property manager requesting another $300 for "trash beyong the normal" and a clogged toilet that caused "water issues". We didnt see any of that in our final walk through upon leaving. We left all trash in the bag in the trash can as there wasnt a curbside can. We love Bolivar and Crystal Beach and this will in no way sway our opinion of the place and people we love there. Just a bad experience that we made the most of and, cant wait to come back to the beach which we do frequently!!

Better than home away from home!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach house! The location is great and the host is even better! We would definitely stay here again! You will not be disappointed!

Awesome listing!

This was such a great place to stay! Listing agent was very responsive and nice. Everything looks just like the pictures. Really nice complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, and snacks! Just a quick walk to the beach and in a good location. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to the big store and there is a car wash/ice machine right by.
