I waited to respond in hopes of hearing directly from the property owner, as our experience with this rental was deeply disappointing and caused significant inconvenience. While the home itself is aesthetically nice, it is entirely reasonable for guests to expect all major appliances to be fully functional. We were without a working refrigerator and freezer for the entirety of our stay, which is unacceptable for any rental, particularly at this price point.Although a small and a medium ice chest were provided, they were not an adequate or appropriate substitute. A substantial amount of our food was ruined because the chests could not accommodate basic items such as frozen pizzas, fries, or other groceries, and we were unable to fit all of our items inside them. This resulted in unnecessary waste, added expense, and a level of disruption that should never occur in a professionally managed rental.Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to future guests. Furthermore, I reached out to VRBO on several occasions and was told to contact the property owner which we did but outside of that VRBO was of no help.
