Escape to the beach! Blackwater Bay is a cozy retreat offering an unique stay with all the essentials for a comfortable getaway. Equipped with memory foam mattresses, a smart projector, kitchenette, air conditioning, general heating, and high-speed wireless internet. Outside, a sand shower, dedicated charcoal grill & picnic table and a HUGE deck to enjoy those Gulf breezes! Perfect for solo travelers couples, or small groups, this charming rental promises a prime location, just a 2-minute drive to the warm sands of Crystal Beach! Community amenities include: children's playground, palapas & firepit and coin-operated laundry.
Sleeping arrangements include a Queen size bed in the loft and a twin size daybed.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to the Queen bed requires ladder access!
For parties booking multiple tiny homes, these units may be booked consecutively or please contact the host immediately to check availability of side by side cottages.
BOLI Inc is Smoke/Vape free. A $50 pet fee is required. Two dog maximum. No cats allowed.

Unit was very clean. Very neat. And looked very good. we found out the refrigerator wasn’t working. The stove top was not working. And the sensor light in the restroom was not working as well. We called for the refrigerator. And maintenance came out right away. We received a new refrigerator, which was amazing thank you. The bathroom light came on at random times during the evening, which woke us up. There was an electric stove top provided which we used. Thank you. We also discovered that the fan in the bathroom did not work. We also found out that we cannot turn the lights on on the patio.It was also inconvenient that we only had one key for the unit and no code to get in the unit with the keypad. Overall, we had a great time. But the little things added up.

Nice and affordable

Was an affordable way to get to the beach for a little bit. I’m not someone who could stay a long time, it is a small space, but for a short get away it’s great!

It was very small, but clean and cute. The size didn't bother me too much except for the fact that I had to climb down a ladder to use the bathroom at night. My husband is a fairly medium size, but kept bumping into things because it was so compact. There was no hot water for the shower, and also no mirror at all in the house. We didn't come for a beach vacation, but for a wedding. Trying to get ready in that small space with no hot water or mirror was very difficult. There was coffee in the room, but it was decaf. I messaged asking if they had regular, but never got a response. The place was affordable compared to almost everything else available, but you get what you pay for.
