The Space:

Bella Vista is a beautiful coastal inspired beach home that offers amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico, and East Galveston Bay all from the furnished wrap-around deck. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and is located on the quiet end of the Bolivar Peninsula, while still being just a short drive to shopping and restaurants.



Bright and airy, Bella Vista’s great room is flooded with natural light that bathes the beautiful furnishings with a warm glow. The spacious open concept beach house allows for easy entertaining between the large living room with an electric fireplace, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee machine, blender, microwave, slow cooker, etc. Some pantry items, spices, and limited paper supplies are also provided.



On the main floor you will find the primary bedroom and a bunk room. The primary bedroom has an amazing beachfront view with a king size bed and a television. Next is the twin over twin bunkbed in the second bedroom (also with its own television). Upstairs you have a bedroom with one queen over queen bunk and one full size bed; as well as a loft bedroom with 2 queen beds. High speed internet is provided for your streaming convenience.



Then there's the the lower level you will find a large entertaining space with a charcoal grill, picnic/bar area and outdoor seating. The convenient outdoor sand shower is perfect for rinsing off your time at the beach. You can experience the wonderful sights and sounds of the coast, whether bird watching in the Bolivar Flats or fishing in the gulf. Bella Vista beach house is perfect for your next family get-together or best friends' getaway weekend. This is a family-friendly beach that cannot be beat, so bring the everyone and enjoy!



If you need extra space, another Swedes property, Bach Haus, is directly across the street!



Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
