Great family home

The house was beautiful, the house had everything we needed. Being right on the beach was amazing. The views were perfect. I highly recommend this house for anyone with a family.

Great property!

This is a fantastic property, and the host is extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend. The family wants to return again next 4th of July. The fireworks at Crystal beach are really something to see!

Great Property

Beachfront ocation was amazing for this house. Can't beat the views from the balcony. Hot tub was a big hit with the weather being a bit cooler. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Communication was excellent!

The property is as described & is very nice. It was stocked with everything we needed, plenty beach towels too. Outdoor shower, hot tub was perfect. We loved sitting on the decks & enjoying all the views, action on the beach.

Well let me start with the host, super great and communication is absolutely on par. The house is wonderful. Right on the beach close to stores and gas station. Everything you need this house and host have for you. I have rented several homes in the area and I will continue to definitely go back to this one. AAA+++

Family Beach trip

House was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the outside deck and were there most of the time when not on the beach. Location was awesome...we were next to the road where we could walk or drive to the beach. There was also a path over the dunes to walk to the beach. Everything was as described and the owner checked in with us several times. I very much appreciate that. I would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect

We had the perfect winter get away - the house is spotless and everything works and is exactly as described. The hot tub was clean and hot and we used the grill, the fire pit and did a big puzzle and enjoyed the beachfront decks. Nice for adults because the beds are all kings (2) and queens - no weird twin bunks or fold out situations- nice bedding and plenty of beach and bath towels. The only nit-pick and this is tiny and probably already fixed - unit needs more drinking glasses. If you sleep 16 then more than 4 glasses are needed! We used coffee mugs and sippy cups and made it work but when that’s the only thing you can complain about that tells you how fantastic this place is. Store is 5 minutes away, it’s front row for the beach, HVAC works great, good water pressure - basically you can host your friends or family and not worry about a thing. It’s $$ but you do get what you pay for.

Family weekend

We rented this cabin for a family getaway. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach. After a day on the beach we came back to the upstairs Ac unit not working. Maintenance can out the next day and we were told it could not be fixed during our stay. I communicated with Filipe about the issue. They ended up supplying window units that evening. Our little ones wanted to spend an evening in the hot tub. When we took the cover off we found that it was green. We went to the Big Store and bought chemicals and the kids were able to enjoy it later on. The house has amazing views from the porches.

Amazing house we all loved the weekend!!!

The house is new and really nice. Has a perfect view to the beach. Everything worked perfectly. We were there during the world cup and all the TV (6) worked and we were able to watch the games all over the place. The hot tub was amazing even with the cold weather outside!! We are going to rent it again any time we had a wonderful weekend!

Our family wanted to get away for a few days and saw this property online, it fit our wish list and we rented the property. We had a wonderful time, everything worked well. Relaxed, listened to the water, played games, walked the beach, had s’mores at the fire pit, and lounged in the hot tub. Great time!

Perfection!

My family & I love going to Crystal Beach every year, so we’ve stayed at several homes. So if you are like me and look at reviews to help you make decisions—search no further: Noisy Waves is perfection in a beach home. It is gorgeously but more importantly COMFORTABLY decorated with accommodating touches everywhere you look. The rooms are spacious—which is great if you are hoping for a place with tons of space for a big group (like we have done in the past when coming with cousins and grandparents) The rooms already comfortably sleep so many people, with tons of space to spare.Speaking of sleeping! Best napping spot in the world is located on the top deck where you will find a comfy hammock that you can rock to sleep while listening to the waves which are literally steps away! In years past we have rented a golf cart & you do not need one at Noisy Waves as you literally walk a tiny sandy path from the house & you are at the water. Plus there is a wonderful wagon left for you to use to take all of your stuff with you—best part for families with kids: you don’t have to drag all your sandy beach toys from home—the wagon is full of them for you to use! And there are “big kid” toys too:my teens loved playing with the corn hole set. And who knew how amazing a hot tub could feel after a day at the beach?!You think, hmmm it’s hot outside do i really want to use a hot tub? The answer is yes!Yes you do! Noisy Waves’ hot tub was a wonderful little perk. And speaking on the hot tub I can mention the customer care I received while staying here because when we arrived the hot tub was quite dirty so I reached out to Felipe. He communicated with me immediately that it was supposed to be cleaned earlier that day and he was so sorry it was overlooked. Immediately someone was there to drain it and clean it for us. Felipe was super kind and easy to get in touch with—I can tell he takes pride in being a host,& wants to help his guests have a wonderful stay. And we did. I like to cook on our trips & the kitchen was wonderfully appointed with every dish or appliance one could need. The living areas were comfortable and inviting. It was next to impossible to drag my 11 yr old (or his dad lol!) from the adorable game room upstairs with it’s fuseball table, putting green & Pac-Man console! My only regret staying here was that I didn’t pack a pre-lit log to use in the cute fire pit. I can do it next time—we can’t wait to return! Thx Felipe for a perfect stay!
