Karma Beach House is a stylish beachfront escape with unobstructed Gulf views, right on the beach and direct beach access, perfect for family and group getaways. This beachfront property comfortably accommodates 14+ guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. ### Inside the Home

**Living Area**
The open living area is bright, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with beautiful Gulf views from the living and kitchen windows. Enjoy plenty of seating, a large TV, and a soundbar for family movie nights, sports, and relaxing after a day at the beach.

**Dining Area**
The spacious dining area is perfect for family dinners, group meals, morning coffee, board games, and gathering together after a full beach day.

**Kitchen**
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals during your stay, including cookware, pots and pans, utensils, bakeware, Instant Pot, Crockpot, grinder, toaster, air fryer, and both drip coffee and K-cup coffee options.

**Bedrooms**
The home has four comfortable bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space for families and groups. There are two primary bedrooms with king beds, plus two bunk rooms with two queen-over-queen bunk beds in each room. The bunk rooms are great for kids, teens, cousins, or larger multi-family groups.

**Bathrooms**
There are three full bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. Bathrooms also include bidet toilet seats and hair dryers for guest convenience.

**Indoor Entertainment**
Enjoy a dedicated game zone, board games, karaoke setup, and indoor entertainment options for fun family nights.

**Beachfront Deck**
The spacious upper deck offers panoramic Gulf views and seating for up to 14 guests. It’s a perfect spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze.

**Covered Downstairs Hangout Area**
The large covered downstairs area has a fun beach-house hangout vibe with seating for up to 16 guests. It’s a great shaded space to relax between beach trips.

**Outdoor Entertainment**
The outdoor area includes an outdoor projector for movie nights, a fire pit for evening gatherings, ping pong table, outdoor sound system, charcoal grill with grill utensils, and plenty of space to unwind.

**Outdoor Shower**
A convenient outdoor shower is available to rinse off after the beach.

**Kids’ Fun**
The outdoor slide adds extra fun for kids and families.

### Starter Supplies Provided

To help make your stay easy and comfortable, we provide a starter supply of essentials.

**Beach Gear**
Beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and beach chairs are provided. Larger groups may want to bring extra chairs, umbrellas, or shade.

**Kitchen & Coffee**
Coffee cups, K-cups, coffee powder, creamers, sugar, salt, cooking oil, basic kitchen supplies, starter kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags are provided.

**Bathroom & Toiletries**
A starter supply of toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap is provided.

**Laundry & Cleaning**
Laundry detergent, basic cleaning supplies, and paper towels may be available as part of the starter supply.

**Safety Items**
A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are available on site.

Please note that starter supplies are provided for guest convenience. Larger groups or longer stays may need to purchase additional items during their stay.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire Karma Beach House property, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the spacious outdoor deck, and the downstairs covered hangout area with its amenities. Enjoy unparalleled convenience with direct beach access located immediately in front of the house. Simply grab your provided beach towels, wagon, and chairs, and walk straight to the sand – no need to load up the car!

Other things to note
Location:

House is located in beautiful, laid back Gilchrist, just 10 mins from Crystal Beach on the Bolivar Peninsula. Please note if you plan to travel to Galveston Island, please allow time to travel across the ferry which is approximately 30 minutes away from the house, however, the wait time to get on the ferry can be from an hour to several hours, depending on the time of day and time of year. Summer hours has been known to be several hours, so please plan accordingly.

Crystal Beach is just 10 minutes away and has lots of restaurants, mini golf, fishing tours & lots of fun activities for the whole family!! We provide beach towels and family games as well as a charcoal pit (bring your own charcoal).
