Beautiful home

It would have been absolutely perfect but when we got there we walked into a leak from the upstairs bedroom. Water was dripping though the ceiling all over the dining room table , the master bedroom had water all over the floor. Had to call and have maintenance come and cleanup. It was coming from the dehumidifier that did not cycle off but was also told about this issue from previous renter. Feel like it should have been taken care of before we got there.
