Misty Shores Villa welcomes you to into a newly built and furnished beach house. Relaxing interior and easy access to sandy beaches makes this space vacation-worthy.

- Comfortably sleeps 5 without the loft and 7 with the use of the loft(must be able to climb ladder)
- Two bedrooms with queen size beds and pull out trundle
- Loft with queen bed
- Short 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to beach access(drive on beach with permit)
- Community pool, look out tower, fire pit, playground and pond

The Space:
INDOORS: The house is on stilts and is accessible by stairs only. If you are familiar with houses on stilts, there will be slight and very normal swaying feeling if the winds are high. The kitchen and living room share the same space. There are brand new furnishings through this relaxing beach-themed interior. The Living room has a 40” Roku TV for streaming. Bring your own passwords for streaming services. Board games are provided, including Uno, Jenga, Monopoly and more.

BEDROOMS: Sleeping areas include two bedrooms and a ladder-accessible loft. There are queen sized beds in both bedrooms with attached full sized bathrooms. One bedroom has a pull out twin trundle for extra sleeping space(there is no TV or closet in this bedroom) and the other has a 40” Roku TV and closet with hangers. The loft offers a queen sized bed and can be used by those 6 and older at your own risk. This space is intended for those able to climb a ladder safely and as extra sleeping accommodations. It's highest point for standing is 5 feet 8 inches.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals together. There is a full sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dinnerware, wine glasses, children's dishware, blender, knife set, cookware, eating utensils and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee, creamer and cooking oil are provided for your convenience.

OUTDOORS: The front porch offers seating and a bistro table for enjoying the fresh air. Below the house there is a picnic table, charcoal grill as well as a four bagged chairs and corn hole. Please bring your own charcoal. Wash the sand off in the outdoor shower

AMENITIES: Villas at Rollover Bay offers some fantastic ameneites that will be open to your use during yours stay. There is a lookout tower with great views and a stocked pond, fire pit and playground. BRAND NEW POOL and playground a short walk from the home. POOL IS OPENING SOON

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the owner's closet located in one of the bedrooms which will be locked (please do not tamper with the lock).

The Neighborhood:
Villas at Rollover Bay is the newest neighborhood on the Texas Bolivar Peninsula coast, putting its own spin on island living. This coastal community proudly boasts beaches on which you can drive, walking access to beaches, family fun amenities and brand new construction villas.

Getting Around:
There is a private driveway that can house up to four cars.

Other Things to Note:
BEACH ACCESS: A less than five minute walk brings you to beach access.

PARKING: The driveway can fit 2 cars. Under the house can fit another 2 cars.

CLEANING: We supply basic cleaning supplies for your stay. This includes Washer/dryer combo unit, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

REFUNDS: Weather is out of our control and therefore we do not offer refunds for weather-related events. Travel insurance is highly recommended!

USE OF LOFT: This property has a loft with a queen bed in it. The loft is open to the living area below. Children under the age of six should not be permitted in the loft and all others use at your own risk. There is a solid railing in place covering the opening (except where the ladder opening is), but by booking this property you assume any risks associated with using the loft and also understand this is not a completely closed off bedroom.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties are fun, but please refrain from having them at our house.


BOOKING DETAILS: We require guests to be at least 22 years of age or older and will require ID’s.

Any violation of these rules could result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

We have one exterior camera on the premises. This ring camera is located at the front door and is for security purposes.
