It`s a great day to be at the beach at Anchors Away! Stay in this bright, comfortable Crystal Beach home designed to make vacation feel easy from the moment you arrive. Set in town on a quiet, friendly street with no through traffic, guests love how simple everything feels here. Park, unpack, and take a relaxing walk down Beaumont Drive to one of the easiest, most enjoyable beach accesses on the peninsula.

The upstairs living area is open, airy, and full of natural light, with vaulted ceilings that make the living room, kitchen, and dining space feel spacious and inviting. The kitchen is a favorite feature, with a large island seating ten, bright finishes, a pantry, and plenty of counter space - a great spot for families and groups to cook, snack, and gather.

The home sleeps 10 comfortably across two king bedrooms and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks. Every bedroom has a TV and room-darkening shades. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a tile shower and relaxing rain head. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination and everything guests need for a comfortable stay.

Outside is where this home truly stands out. The fully fenced back yard is a huge hit with families and pets, and the custom play set with fort, swing, and slide keeps kids entertained for hours. The shaded under-house gathering area is set up for fun with a cooking counter, a bar with 6 stools, a dining table, and a charcoal grill. A gate connects the under-house area to the stairs and fenced back yard, so kids and pets can move between them without leaving the fence.

The upstairs decks are guest favorites. Enjoy a quiet morning coffee while listening to relaxing coastal sounds and easing into a perfect Crystal Beach day. Parking is easy with space for three to five vehicles, and the home is boat-friendly for fishing trips, boating weekends, and family vacations.
HOUSE RULES
Please read before booking. By reserving this property, you agree to all house rules
below.
1. The Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be
present for the entire duration of the stay.
2. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. The number of guests may
not exceed the maximum listed for this property at any time.
3. No parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the listed maximum
occupancy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal
without refund.
4. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Outdoor smoking only. A
$300 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
5. Adult pets are welcome with prior approval - no pets under a year, and pets must be house-broken. Dogs of any size are welcome. Maximum 4 adult pets. The pet fee is $100 per stay for up to 2 pets, plus $50 per pet for up to 2 more. The back yard is fenced on all sides with a latching gate, so your dog can go out the door and into the yard. Pets stay off all furniture and beds - please bring your own sheets or blankets to cover anything your pet will be on. Clean up after your pets inside and out, and keep them supervised. Undisclosed pets will result in additional fees, and a $150 fee applies if the pet rules are not followed. Trained service animals as defined by the ADA are exempt from the pet fee; emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are treated the same as pets.

6. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in
and late check-out are not guaranteed - please request in advance.
7. Do NOT turn off the ceiling fans, air conditioning, heat, or
dehumidifiers at checkout. Leave all running when you leave.
8. Before checkout: start the dishwasher, start a load of towels in the
washer, remove all food from the refrigerator, and take all trash to the
outdoor cans.
9. No oil, grease, or slimy substances may be poured down any drain.
This damages the sewer pumps and will result in a repair and cleaning
fee.
10.No interior furniture, bedding, pillows, linens, towels, or home
items may be taken outside under any circumstances.
11.Charcoal grills are provided for use on the property only. Grills may
not be taken to the beach or removed from the property.
12.Parking is limited to the designated spaces for this property.
Street parking and blocking neighboring driveways is not permitted.
13.Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times out of respect
for neighbors and the surrounding community.
14.Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay. An
additional cleaning or damage fee may be assessed if the property is left
in unsatisfactory condition.
15.This is a privately owned family vacation home. Please treat it with
care and respect.
