The relic of a building is not where you stay - motel rooms on other side of carpark, out the back, beyond the bottle shop. Tired, dated, needs updating like the inside of the relic building. Having reception in the middle of the pokies is not good. Had to go through bar to find reception.

Modern rooms in a quiet location

Modern clean rooms as part of the hotel complex with great food available from the bar and dining room. Quiet location away from the main streets and couldn’t hear any noise from adjoining rooms.

Very clean room with handy cooking facilities: microwave, kettle etc. But room was very noisy. It was next to a main road with the train line just the other side of the road. Suggest requesting a room numbered 5 or above.

Room was away from the hotel, it was nice and quiet. Room a bit dark, lighting needs a bit of improvement.otherwise it is all good

Tried to check in at 2.00pm room was unavailable until 2.40 as it hadnt been cleaned. Quilt cover on bed was dirty and stained hand towel in bathroom was dirty overall the room(7) was very tired looking as was the hotel must say though diningroom meal was A1

Quiet area, definitely recommend staying overnight. Friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately didn't get to have a meal at the hotel. Look forward to the next time I stay overnight in Port Augusta

Nice room, with easy parking out front. Not so good was the bottle store opening at 9am, so the forklift was running before then to load it up. So much for any lie ins. Shower had no pressure behind it.

The room was old and didn’t feel clean. There was some mould in the shower. Having a hair dryer next to the toilet that doesn’t work is also not ideal. The staff were not friendly when I tried to pay for dinner and it took a long time. The door was hard to keep locked and kept opening. Disappointing and expensive in comparison to other accommodation in the town with modern facilities.
