Heidi is a great host, very communicative with a cozy home that includes all the amenities you need to hang out in or revitalize after a day of local fun. 「Unfortunately, after completing the booking, I never received the entry code. On the day of arrival, I sent the host a message through the VRBO app but did not receive a response. I then contacted VRBO, and their attempts to reach the host were also unsuccessful.VRBO ultimately issued a refund. While en route to the destination, I was able to secure a hotel instead. 「The first two days of our stay we did not have electricity. City came out to inspect twice and found no problems on their end, and then an electrician came and resolved issues. After electricity came on the stay was nice. Management company didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. 」
