PLEASE: no bicycles inside the cottage! -- The property and deck is smoke free and not 420 friendly. The cottage is suitable for two adults only and up to two children in the box bed. Reservations for more than two adults will be refused. Undeclared additional guests are charged at $200 per adult per night, due immediately. All declared guests over the initial two are charged at $50 per guest per night, up to 4 total guests.

All guests, INCLUDING INFANTS of any age are charged. The "Box Bed' in the living room is for CHILDREN ONLY - no adults - (it will break)
