On the other side of the room, the open-plan American kitchen has a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests to share good times in a convivial atmosphere. This modern and fully equipped kitchen includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster as well as everything you need to cook as if you were at home.



The flat has two sleeping areas:

- Bedroom (ground floor): two bunk beds (90x190), a sink and a toilet

- Mezzanine: a Queen Size bed (160x190), a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.



Although there is no private parking space, you will be able to find free parking spaces in the alley of the accommodation (subject to availability).
