  • Located in Pornic, in a quiet cul-de-sac just 3 minutes’ walk from Porteau Beach, this superb 120 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Enjoy a private, enclosed garden with a beautiful terrace, pool, and jacuzzi. The villa features a bright living area facing the pool, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), and a laundry room with freezer, washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (140/160 cm beds), a shower room, and separate toilet.



    Benefit from Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace.



    Perfect for family or friends, this villa is designed for relaxation and togetherness.



    Outdoors: garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. The private pool (6.50 x 3.50 m) is heated and secured with a cover. Relax in the private jacuzzi (4 people).



    One parking space is available on the property. A free shuttle service (Pornic commune) connects you to the train station, Old Port, and beaches.



    Pornic, a seaside resort on the Côte de Jade west of Nantes, is served by SNCF trains.
