Enjoy the ideal location of your accommodation to discover the maritime city of Pornic. Stay in this historic house classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, fully renovated with 126m² and its 21m² outdoor courtyard that can accommodate up to 7 people.



Upstairs it has two double rooms (140 cm beds), a dormitory room with three single beds (90 cm beds), a small TV lounge area, a bathroom and a washroom with WC.

On the ground floor; the independent kitchen with an open space onto the dining room is equipped with an induction hob, oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter and capsule coffee maker, a citrus press, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and kitchen utensils. The living room has a television and Wi-Fi access.

For maximum comfort, each room has a fan and a washing machine, hairdryer, electric barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers are also available.



Outside market days (Thursdays and Sundays from 5am to 3:30pm), you can park freely and free of charge on the nearby public car park, otherwise you can park your vehicle in the garage attached to the house (narrow garage therefore for city cars only).



Located in the upper town of Pornic and in the heart of the historic centre (shops, markets, craftsmen and faience), the rental is located at:

The fully renovated house was created in 1830 and is part of an iconic set of buildings in the history of the town of Pornic. At the beginning of the 19th century, the building was part of a thermal establishment called "sea baths" with lounges and game rooms. Subsequently, the building also served as a casino before becoming a hotel. Then becoming housing in the 1930s, it has retained decorative and layout elements that give it all its charm.
