"It is hard to put into words how great this family vacation was. The Villa Eleonora is better than the description used here on VRBO. We had 11 people, my wife and I and three children and their spouses, along with 4 grand children. The location was ideal in itself with beautiful open country in the foothills of Umbria. Day trips by train to Florence, Rome, and overnight to Venice were easily accessed from the train station in Peruvian, less than 30 minutes from the Villa.The Villa owner...

"Honestly we were so happy with our stay in this gorgeous home in Spello. I have no doubt that if we return to Italy, we will return to Spello and hopefully stay here again. The view from the patio was unreal and the accommodation itself was very charming. Our check in process was great, the host was so lovely with showing us around and getting us settled in. We could not recommend this stay enough."

The spectacular view at sunset, the serene location, the large deep pool, the soft comfortable beds and bedrooms, the air con, the host were all absolutely fantastic. 8 of us for a week in 36c heat and it was stunning. "This is a rare find; a 13th century castello, lovingly restored and converted into comfortable and atmospheric apartments. There are magnificent views across Umbria. You are within reach of Spoleto and Foligno. Only problem; finding it. I strongly suggest that anyone booking it should make sure they get a precise map, because it is in the middle of nowhere. Worse, the map given on the hotels.com page puts it in the wrong place, (there's a cemetery there instead) which cost me 45 minutes of...

"This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."

"🌟 Exceptional Stay at Hotel Delle Rose! 🌟 I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Delle Rose! The food was absolutely delicious — a great variety, super fresh, and bursting with flavor. The hotel itself was spotless and perfectly located right in the heart of Cascia, just steps away from the Basilica of Saint Rita, which made visiting incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
