Inside , the open plan living connects the kitchen, dining area and living room into one expansive entertainment and communal space.

Indoor features include a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of cutlery and crockery, 8 seater dining table, Breville coffee machine with local Sixpence beans to keep you caffeinated, solid wifi, large smart tv with Foxtel, Netflix and Stan and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Five large bedrooms enable guests to step away and unwind in their own private space. Bedroom 1 is a king bed with ensuite. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed with verandah access. Bedroom 3 and 4 are spacious queen bedrooms. Bedroom 5 is a children’s bunk room. The main bathroom has a large shower and additional bathtub for those much needed soaks.

The upstairs games room has a table tennis table, electric drum kit (with headphones for peace) and a treadmill.

This property is located walking distance from the rail trail, cafes, Punkah Pub and Ringer Reef winery.

A total of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted. We ask guests to keep pets off furniture, ensure no damage is caused, and to bring along their bed and/or crate for sleeping indoors.

Guests have access to the whole house except the garage.
