The beautiful four-star Villa Mare is equipped for a maximum of eight guests.
It consists of three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and 2 large covered terraces. Here you can spend a relaxing and luxurious vacation on 160m2 of living space.
The house delights with a modern and quality custom interior. The kitchen is fully equipped, each room has air conditioning, and in the living room and in all bedrooms there is a TV with Netflix and Amazon access.

Thanks to the sprinkler system, the spacious property offers an evergreen and well-kept lawn. The Pool and Jacuzzi with BBQ complete your perfect holiday. The property is fenced, parking is inside the courtyard.

The special feature of the house are, among other things, a great location and sea view on the 1st floor. In only 4.5 km you are in lively Porec and on the beautiful coast of Istria.
