Villa Sunset View is located in the village of Veli Maj, not far from the city of Poreč. This spacious villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is designed for 10 guests. If you want to recharge your batteries in a peaceful environment, but still be close to events and entertainment, then this vacation home is the ideal choice.



The interior of the villa covers 290 m² and consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and a discreetly separated fully equipped kitchen with an island. Both rooms face the outdoor terrace, which is just a step away through the balcony door. The dining table seats 10 and there are 6 more chairs behind the kitchen island, making the space ideal for gathering a larger group of friends or family. The space is dominated by warm, earthy colors, and the combination of styles, elements and decorations adds a touch of eclecticism.



The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor. 4 rooms have access to the balcony and are equipped with double beds. In 1 room there are 2 beds for 1 person that can be joined to make a double bed. Each room has an ensuite bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. The room on the 2nd floor, in addition to the bedroom, also has a living area with a sofa, desk and TV, so it can be used as a work from home space. It also has an exit to the balcony where there are armchairs to relax and enjoy the sea view and the greenery.



In addition to the pleasant and spacious interior, Villa Sunset View is adorned with a beautifully landscaped garden of 950 m², with a 40 m² hydromassage pool in the center. Next to the pool there are 8 sun loungers and in the shade of the villa there are two more areas for resting and chatting. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the outdoor dining table. Next to it is a lounge area with comfortable armchairs and a sofa, ideal for an afternoon rest. In addition to the swimming pool, children will enjoy the playground with swings and a slide, while adults will enjoy the table tennis. There is also a private parking lot for 3 cars.



The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and for an evening out, the center of Poreč is only 10 minutes away by car. Poreč is a city with a rich cultural and historical heritage and offers a wide range of attractions and activities, from water parks to concerts and cultural events.
