The apartment features a well-appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed and additional sleeping arrangements on a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A sleek bathroom with a shower provides convenience and privacy. The air-conditioned interior is complemented by a heating system, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove and refrigerator allows guests to prepare meals with ease. A television provides entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet keeps you connected during your visit. Step outside to enjoy the delightful outdoor space, which includes a charming garden and a private patio. The area is surrounded by lush greenery and offers various walking paths for cycling or casual strolls. You will find several charming local restaurants and cafes nearby where you can enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine and fresh seafood. For your daily needs, local grocery shops are easily accessible, ensuring a convenient stay for all guests.

Getting to our apartment in the Spadici area is straightforward and convenient. For guests arriving by car, we offer a dedicated parking space on the premises, making it easy to explore the region at your own pace. If you prefer to travel without a vehicle, the historic centre of Porec is easily reachable within five minutes by car or by using the charming local tourist train that runs regularly during the season. Pula Airport is the nearest major international hub, located approximately a sixty minute drive from the property. Local bus lines also connect Porec to larger cities in the region, providing a reliable way to navigate the Istrian peninsula.



Other Things to Note:

Included amenities feature free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days. Heating is also available. For families with children, we offer a baby cot and a high chair. Free parking for two vehicles is available to guests. Please take note of the house rules. Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Online check-in, including the submission of an identification document for security purposes, is mandatory. Smoking and parties are not permitted on the premises. Please observe house rules and quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00. Pets are not allowed.
