On the main level, you are welcomed into a spacious living and dining room bathed in natural light, furnished with modern elegance and equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. From this level, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower with WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

The lower ground floor provides an additional separate WC for added convenience.

On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, 2 further bedrooms are located.
