The ground floor apartment comprises a living and dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning, an open kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. The living and dining room opens directly onto the terrace. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both with access to the terrace, while the third room also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions (180 cm width, 200 cm length). The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on the ground floor includes a bath, bidet, and WC, with a separate additional WC.

The first floor apartment, accessible via the exterior staircase, features a living and dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning, an open kitchen, and 2 bedrooms.
