Villa Simic is a newly built, spacious and comfortable holiday home with swimming pool on the outskirts of the village Jasenovica, 8,5 km from Porec, about 8 km from the Zelena Laguna holiday resort with several sports and recreational facilities and 6 km from the Aquacolors park.

The house was built in 2020 and is situated in a quiet place with a beautiful panoramic view of the fields and green hills.

On enclosed property of 550 sqm, Villa Simic offers to the guests a 32 sqm swimming pool, dining table for 8 people, trampoline, badminton/volleyball net, barbecue and three parking spaces.

In the village nearby, Fuskulin, about 1,5 km from Jasenovica, there is a smaller shop and a very good restaurant. In the holiday resort Zelena Laguna there is a supermarket, ATM, restaurants, pizzeria, cafes, ski lift by the sea, boat rental and other services.



Villa of 165 square meters on two fully air-conditioned floors, for in total 8 people. On the ground floor there is a pleasantly furnished living area with equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 people and living room with leather sofa, open fireplace and satellite TV, one bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet, one bedroom with double bed, private shower/toilet and access to the terrace and pool, a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and common shower/toilet with access from both rooms, one of them with balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
