"Everything worked, central location, friendly staff. Yet the hotel is showing its age and should get a makeover soon.
Heating worked fine however the heater blower was rather noisy.
Something the hotel is not responsible for, but it was apparent that the hotel is located on a busy intersection and the traffic noise early in the morning was quite noticeable!
Speciffically a snow plow worked the same stretch of the street repeatedly for nearly an hour - sleeping became impossible with the noisy diesel engine howling on this piece of construction equipment turned street cleaner.
(...there was no fresh snowfall that night, but the machine tried to get some residual ice remnants off the road at 5 am).
So unfortunately not a great experience for my one night stay."
Built in 2021. Beautiful Wooded Lot. Minutes to Kenai, Soldotna & Kasiloff.
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent stay! Beautiful space and just enough out of town. The amenities were great and made us feel at home. Best of all were the shower heads and the comfort of the big bed. I wanted to take both with me. Great communication as well!"
"The cabin was really cute and verry cozy, could not recommend this place enough! While we stayed at the cabin it had snowed a considerable amount overnight. The next day while leaving my girlfriend had taken the wrong turn and got stuck about 1.5miles down the road. Me not having any means to remedy the situation I made a hail marry call to the property owner at 8am to see if he could help. Sure enough he immediately came to the rescue with a bobcat and chains. I didn't expect him to even pick up the phone that early, but he went above and beyond to help us out. The stay was great, we loved the place, and I cannot thank them enough for getting us out of a pinch! I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!"
