Beautiful detached villa with private pool, in the heart of Tuscany a few kilometers from Florence, located 470 m. s.l.m.
The villa is spread over an area of 140 square meters, divided into three elegant rooms with private bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. Inside the main entrance on the left leads to the large living room, furnished with antique sofas, fireplace, satellite TV and card table. Opposite the main entrance is the wooden staircase and wrought iron provided with fifteen steps leading to the first floor. On the left is a large room of 20 square meters, finely furnished with antique furniture and a private bathroom with window, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. On the right is a large room of 28 square meters elegantly decorated and furnished with period furniture, which also has a studio area. From the room leads to the large bathroom, with window, corner bath, bidet, sink and toilet.
Outside there are two loggias. The first, of about 25 square meters, is accessible directly from the kitchen, is equipped with old wood stove and is furnished with table and chairs. Being enlightened, is ideal for eating meals outdoors. A 2 m from the loggia, always along the sidewalk in front of the house (wheelchair accessible), is the barbecue area with sink, worktop and grill. The sea is approx Adriatrico 90 minutes and the Tyrrhenian Sea ca. 120 minutes by car. And 'possible to swim in the lake, which is approx 1.5 km from the town center of Pratovecchio or in the river Arno. Excursions can be made to the zoo park Poppi, the Sanctuary of La Verna, the hermitage of Camaldoli and the National Park Casentino Forest. Florence is an hour's drive, Arezzo and Siena is 40 minutes 90 minutes. From Arezzo you get to Rome by train in only an hour and a quick five minutes, so are possible day trips to the capital.
