The check out was very smooth and no trouble at all. There are reserved parking lots for priority people which is also good idea. Overall, I stayed this hotel with my satisfaction. 「Staying a week in a hotel can bitter opinions in most people. Missing the comfort of home. Not at this hotel. The staff wouldn’t let it. Ms. Moon was WONDERFUL to us. We need more people like her spread out through the world. All of the staff deserves recognition for their kindness, their respect, attention to our safety, and their enthusiastic desire to help. The breakfast could use some “pepping” up. Other than that, when in Jacksonville again, I will definitely stay here. 」
